If you are a faculty member, staff member, student or joint appointee of the University of Maryland, College Park, or the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, we welcome the disclosure of your intellectual property to OTC.

If you are not affiliated with the University of Maryland please speak to the Director of the department of your field to obtain a completed Director's Statement. We do not accept intellectual property disclosures without this form.

These forms must be completed, printed and signed by all inventors before submitting to OTC.
