Felicia Metz, intellectual property associate, first joined OTC in 1999 as a student assistant. She is responsible for monitoring and managing the University of Maryland's intellectual property, filing provisional patent applications, maintaining patent annuities, and marketing life sciences technologies to business and industry. Felicia has a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is a registered patent agent.
