While we work on our on-line disclosure submission form, please continue to submit inventions to OTC using our paper disclosure form.

If you are a faculty member, staff member, student or joint appointee of the University of Maryland, College Park, or Salisbury University, we welcome the disclosure of your intellectual property to OTC. These forms must be completed, printed and signed by all inventors before submitting to OTC.
