Ann DeLorenzo became the Office of Technology Commercialization's communications coordinator in May 2009 upon graduation from the University of Maryland's Master's Program in English Literature. She first joined the office in August 2007 as a graduate communications assistant. Ann is responsible for OTC's marketing and communications initiatives. She works to increase the visibility of OTC’s services and programs on campus and develops marketing strategies for the University’s technologies to outside industry and institutions. Her activities include designing and developing print materials for internal and external audiences, maintaining OTC’s web site, writing marketing summaries for University technologies, and writing press releases for noteworthy events. Ann has a bachelor's degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Illinois.
