Felicia Metz is the Office of Technology Commercialization’s intellectual property associate. She is responsible for monitoring and managing the University of Maryland’s intellectual property, maintaining patent annuities and filing provisional patent applications. Felicia also markets life sciences technologies to business and industry and is a registered patent agent. Felicia commenced her current position at OTC in 2002 upon graduating in December 2001 from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. She started at OTC in 1999 as a student assistant. |
