Carolyn Garrett, the Office of Technology Commercialization's finance manager, joined the staff in 1990. Her service to the office has also included marketing and technology management. In her current position, Carolyn is responsible for tracking income, which exceeds $1 million annually; annual calculation and disbursement of technology transfer income; tracking the expenses of both OTC and its intellectual property account; and monitoring the office's license agreements. Carolyn also assists the executive director in budgetary tracking, income projections and tracking various key performance indicators for annual reporting. |
